The office is located in Old Monterey, one block from the San Carlos Cathedral; across the street from the YMCA.

I am upstairs in Room E. You can park in the parking lot next to the building and come upstairs to the waiting room. Water and tea are available in the waiting room

Directions

South from Carmel

1. Go north on Highway 1 and exit at Aguajito Rd. (Monterey Peninsula College).
2. Turn left on at the light on to Aguajito Rd.
3. At the second light, make a left on to Fremont St (going towards downtown Monterey).
4. Continue on Fremont street until you see a lake (El Estrero Lake) on your right. Make a right turn just after the lake on to Camino El Estrero.
5. Then make a left turn at the first street, which is Webster St.
6. One block up on the right is Inspired Salon and Spa.
7. Park in the parking lot next to the building.
8. Go up the stairs into the waiting room and I will meet you there.

North from Sand City, Seaside and Marina

1. Go south on Highway 1 and exit at the Central Monterey exit (Monterey Peninsula College).
2. Continue on Fremont street until you see a lake (El Estrero Lake) on your right.
3. Make a right turn just after the lake on to Camino El Estrero.
4. Then make a left turn at the first street, which is Webster St.
5. One block up on the right is Inspired Salon and Spa.
6. Park in the parking lot next to the spa.
7. Go up the stairs into the waiting room and I will meet you there

The office is located in Live Oak, between Dominican Hospital and the Flea Market. Park in the parking lot and go through the arch to the right of the house. There is a sign: The Garden Center for Complementary Healing. Have a seat in the waiting room and I will meet you there.

If you come early, there is a beautiful Garden Sanctuary with a pond and labyrinth through the arch to the left of the house. You are welcome to sit and relax there before or after the session.

From Hwy 17 going South

1. Take Hwy 1 South towards Watsonville/Monterey
2. Take the Soquel Ave. exit.
3. Stay right and go a complete loop over the freeway on Soquel.
4. Go through four lights, passing Dominican Hospital on your left. The final light is Thurber Lane.
5. The next street is Prather Lane - take a left. Prather is directly across from Sutter Surgical Centers' parking lot and there is a white picket fence on the left. The Santa Cruz Appliance Parts store is on the right.
6. Go to the end of the block - Last house on the right before the park.
7. Enter through the brick arch next to the sign "The Garden Center for Complementary Healing."

From Hwy 1 going North

1. Take Highway 1 toward Santa Cruz
2. Take the Soquel Ave exit.
